Best Excuse Ever

A student, in response to the question of what was holding him back from being successful in school:

"I just have trouble getting to school on time. Like, for instance, yesterday. I woke up, and by the time I finished fixing my hair, it was noon."

Remind me to use this one the next time I am late.

I am at least glad to hear that this young man has his priorities straight (or spiked, as the case may be).
